Wedding Packages

This package is for the couple who has completed their planning (or plans to do so), but needs a professional coordinator in the background to answer questions, offer advice, and coordinate the details on the wedding day. Let us take care of all the "behind the scenes" wedding day action so you can have the luxury of enjoying your wedding day without the worry of any “day of” details. Included in this package, we will provide the following services:​​

Pre-Wedding

  • 60 days of coordination leading up to your wedding.

  • Collect contracts and wedding info, review agreements, troubleshoot potential issues, and correct them if necessary

  • Supply any needed vendor recommendations 

  • Serve as a point of contact for you and your vendors within that 60-day period

  • Create a detailed timeline for your entire wedding, as well as individual timelines for specific vendors

  • Assist with detailed floor plan creation

  • Preform a walk-through of the venue to finalize floor plan and wedding logistics 

  • 1-2 weeks prior to wedding coordinate with all contracted vendors, confirm arrival times, get insurance information, vendors meal count, confirm services booked and any other important details

  • Facilitate ceremony rehearsal ie. line up wedding party, cue when to walk, and inform the wedding party of the wedding day timeline

  • Review any last minute details to ensure your day is perfect

Day of Wedding

  • Up to 12 hours on-site with your lead coordinator and one assistant (depending on guest count), allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without worrying about details

  • Direct the ceremony processional

  • Act as the point of contact for all vendors, family members, and guests 

  • Ensure that all table settings are consistent and presented well

  • Keep you and your wedding party happy

  • Maintain established timeline

  • Cue Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents and honored guests for their speeches and/or toasts

  • Distribute final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Deal with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Ensure all of your personal items are packed and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle

  • Coordinate load-out with all vendors and venue

  • Provide a wedding day emergency kit

Partial Wedding Package

This package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than our Full Service Package. You will get to have a hands-on role in planning, while having Elyse’s Events offer guidance, recommendtions, and expertise along the way. Includes all services listed in the Day of Package, plus:

 

  • Package begins once you have chosen a venue, caterer and selected at least 2 vendors 

  • In person initial meeting to determine your wedding style and create budget

  • Review venue contract and any vendor contracts and/or orders that you have already booked 

  • Suggest, pre-screen, and secure all remaining vendors to be booked

  • Create a wedding planning checklist

  • Give professional advice, expertise, and support on all wedding-related matters from the time of booking

  • Manage all vendor communication giving you the luxury to communicate with your Lead Planner directly and not your vendors

  • Negotiate and contract any needed hotel room blocks

  • Attend all final vendor meetings and reconfirm all details and timeline 

Full Wedding Package

Day of Package

This package is for the couple who would like complete assistance with the design, planning, and coordination or their wedding. Planning your wedding is an amazing experience, but it can also be a lot of work! Elyse’s Events will serve as your personal event concierge to plan every detail with you and execute those plans to produce a remarkable and extraordinary wedding. This package allows you to give input while we do all the heavy lifting! This package includes all services listed in the Day of Package as well as the Partial Package, plus:

 

  • Complete, step-by-step wedding planning and design from the time of booking

  • Provide an initial wedding budget allocation sheet, based on your overall target budget

  • Wedding venue search and recommendations based on your wants, needs and budget

  • Schedule site visits and tours with the venues you are interested in, thus allowing you to sit face to face with the venue and go over contract options

  • Comprise guest capacity, catering options, ceremony location and hotels near your top 2 venue choices

  • Compile a comprehensive rentals list based on your wedding design, guest count, and menu

  • Establish priorities, develop and track the budget throughout the planning process

  • Provide vendor recommendations, assist in contract negotiations and confirm bookings

  • Handle all appointment scheduling for your vendor meetings

  • Provide referrals for gown boutiques (custom and retail), officiants, transportation, hair & makeup artists, tuxedos, ect.

  • Send you reminders for all important events and due dates throughout the planning process

  • Assist Bride and Groom in the design, wording, and ordering of all custom stationary including save the date cards, invitations, menus and any additional printed materials

  • Stuffing and sending save-the-dates and wedding invitations

  • Track guest RSVP’s

  • Assistance in obtaining marriage license

  • Present a design board with suggestions on timeline, color scheme, florals, decor, table settings, etc.

  • Coordination of the Rehearsal Dinner + Post-Wedding Brunch (if needed)

  • Provide updates on the status of your wedding throughout the process

  • Assemble and deliver of out-of-town guest bags for the host hotel.

  • Assemble and package wedding favors

  • Coordinate accommodations, transportation and child care

  • Assist with D.I.Y. Projects (We will set up and style all of these elements day-of as well)

  • Provide at least 1 additional assistant on the wedding day
